Yes. After you place your order, contact us with your order number and ask for a pre-production preview. We will send you the final custom design so you can check the photo, the crop, the color count and the canvas type.

Your order does not go into production until you confirm it. And if you are not happy with the preview, you can get a full refund — no production, no shipping, no risk.

Send it to us and we will check it — that is part of the free photo processing. Large format sizes magnify every detail, so if the original is soft or noisy we sharpen and clean it up first.

And because you approve a preview before production, you will see exactly how your photo will look on canvas before anything is printed.

That is decided by your color count, and this is the single most important choice on a large format kit. We offer 36, 48, 60 and 100 colors.

More colors means smaller cells and smoother transitions — the difference between a sky rendered as a few flat bands and a sky that actually fades. If your photo has gradients, water, clouds or fur, go higher.

• 36 colors — bold graphics, logos, silhouettes, simple shapes with flat areas of color.
• 48 colors — most portraits and pets where you want facial detail but not maximum complexity.
• 60 colors — landscapes with sky, water or foliage, and photos with noticeable gradients.
• 100 colors — photorealistic results: dramatic sunsets, intricate scenery, anything where you want the smoothest possible transitions.

Large format is available in 24″×24″, 20″×28″, 28″×20″, 24″×32″ and 32″×24″.

A good rule: choose the size based on where it will hang. A square subject (a pet, a single portrait) works well in 24″×24″. A scene, a landscape or a group shot usually suits the rectangular formats better. Remember that the larger you go, the more cells you will paint — so pair a big canvas with a higher color count.

No. Composition and cropping are part of the free photo processing, so this is exactly what we handle.

Tell us in the order notes (or in your preview request) what must stay fully visible — a boat name, a date, a caption, someone standing at the edge — and we will lay the design out so it sits safely inside a standard frame. You confirm it on the preview before we print.

Yes. Every kit ships with extra acrylic paint so you do not run short, plus a number-to-color reference so each numbered cell maps to the right pot.

You can also choose a color-tinted canvas instead of classic black & white — the subtle tint makes it much easier to match paints and is kinder on your eyes when you are working on tiny cells.

Pre-stretched frame is available for 24″×32″ and 32″×24″. It arrives ready to hang, so you can start painting the day it arrives.

All other sizes ship as a rolled canvas in a protective tube. Rolled is easier to store while you work through the painting, and you can stretch or frame it afterwards.

Each kit contains your numbered canvas printed from your photo, acrylic paints matched to your chosen color count, brushes, and a number-to-color reference sheet. The 24″×32″ and 32″×24″ sizes also include the inner frame.

Be prepared: a large format canvas has thousands of tiny cells, so this is a weeks-long project, not a weekend one. It asks for patience and focus — and that is precisely why the finished piece looks like gallery art rather than a craft project.
