Upload & Order: Simply upload your favorite photo and place your order.
Design Preview: Our artists will convert your photo into a paint-by-numbers proof within 24 hours.
Approval: Check your email to approve the design. Once you say “Yes,” we send it to production!
Step 2: Production & Shipping
Once your custom paint-by-number kit is approved, our Los Angeles factory gets to work:
Made in the USA: All kits are produced and shipped locally.
Fast Dispatch: We typically produce and ship your order the next business day after your approval.
Operating Days: We process designs and orders from Monday to Saturday.
No Sunday Shipping: Please note that our carriers do not pick up packages on Sundays. Orders approved over the weekend will likely ship on Monday.
Estimated Delivery Time
All products are made in the USA and ship within the US only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Standard Shipping (USPS): 3โ12 business days โ Flat rate $6.90
Free Shipping: On all orders over $59 (after discounts).

We are currently unable to ship to certain remote or special regions, including but not limited to:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect address information entered by the customer, failed delivery due to incomplete information, or orders delivered to the address provided at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address information or failed delivery may be subject to restocking and return fees, or the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
