When will I receive my order?

Since every kit is made to order, please allow 1-3 business days for production.

After your masterpiece leaves our facility, it usually takes another 2-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep (within the US).

Don’t worry, we’ll email you the tracking number the moment your package is on its way

Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see it!

My tracking number doesn’t work

You should see tracking events within 24-48 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking events only show up once the shipment was handed over to the local facility.

Note: Some carriers take a longer time for the next information to appear.

Why is my order tracking not moving?

We understand that it might be frustrating to not get real-time updates on your order’s current location. During peak season, it is normal if your package is shipped without tracking information, but you can be assured that your package will be delivered within our committed timeframe. This can be due to (but not limited to) weather incidents or carrier backlogs.
