The lid and brow are built from soft warm skin tones and delicate shadow, and the lashes cross the eye in long dark curves.
The palette is unusual because most of the warmth has been taken out. Cool greens and teals dominate, and the few warm notes in the skin, the inner corner and the hints of gold at the edge of the frame are what keep the face believable, so it is worth giving them care rather than treating them as background. The iris is the technical heart of the picture: layer the dark olive first, then build the bright mid green, then add the outer teal, and finally place the highlights. Leaving the sparkles until last is what makes them read as light.
